Initial ideas for your own magazine.

The audience my magazine is going to be targeting is teenage girls of a working-middle class audience who are interesting in fashion, gossip, music, stories and celebrities. The purpose of my magazine will be to entertain the readers and inform them of new fashions, artists and music and also celebrity gossip and real-life stories and also celebrity stories.

The main three colours I am going to stick to is red, black and white maybe to make it look more professional or I may consider some warmer lighter colours that are more girly. My colours will remain the same throughout the magazine, or maybe changing shades to keep it looking professional.

My front cover will advertise stories and things that are inside the magazine, the fonts will vary in size and colour to make it more eye-catching, however I will only use two-three fonts to keep to a usual magazine scheme so it remains looking professional if you have lots of colours and different fonts and images it will look too jumbled, unprofessional and tacky. On my front cover I will have a central image of a celebrity looking person but it will be an image I have taken myself. I will have one or maybe two images on the front but only one main image.

My contents page will have a few different images on it and contain the pages that will be in my magazine, in my magazine I will have pages like embarrassing moments, fashion and beauty tips, where to shop, horoscopes, the top 40 music chart, gigs, and my feature article will probably be a story on a celebrity.
